Christian Hartman grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and graduated from Indian Creek High School. He went on to Mississippi State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. During college, he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity and held multiple officer positions, including Risk Manager and Social Event Coordinator.
Christian began at University of Baltimore, School of Law in the fall of 2014. During law school, Christian lettered two papers: one on the ethics on the death penalty and one on the legal ramifications of specific international human rights. He participated in the criminal practice clinic wherein he prosecuted criminal cases in the Anne Arundel district court. He graduated in the spring of 2017 and is waiting to be sworn in mid-December of 2017.
Christian married Kathleen Dowd (now Kathleen Hartman) in September of 2017.
